Sunshine Criminal Lawyer
Pascoe Criminal Law provides representation for all criminal law matters and related Intervention Order proceedings at Sunshine Magistrates’ Court.
Shaun Pascoe, the Director of Pascoe Criminal Law attends Sunshine Magistrates’ Court on a frequent basis and has represented clients at this Court for many years.
Sunshine Magistrates’ Court
The Sunshine Magistrates’ Court is located at 10 Foundry Road, Sunshine, a short distance from the Sunshine Shopping Plaza Shopping Centre. Sunshine Magistrates’ Court is the proper venue for suburbs west of Melbourne’s CBD.
The Court has both criminal and civil jurisdiction (VOCAT and Intervention Orders and also operates a Children’s Court on specified days.
As with other metropolitan courts throughout Melbourne, the Court provides a bail support program known as the Court Integrated Bail Support Program.
The Court Integrated Bail Support Program can assist in the following areas: Drug and alcohol treatment.
Mental health and disability services
Acquired brain injury services
Koori specific services.
