Shaun Pascoe, the Director of Pascoe Criminal Law has many years of experience attending the Ringwood Magistrates’ Court representing clients for a variety of criminal cases (indictable and summary offences), traffic offences and Intervention Orders (police applications).
Ringwood Magistrates’ Court
The Ringwood Magistrates’ Court is located at 39 Ringwood Street, Ringwood Victoria. The Court at Ringwood hears both criminal (adult and children) and civil cases.
Along with all Magistrates’ Court throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria, the criminal jurisdiction spans both indictable and summary proceedings. The civil jurisdiction encompasses Intervention Orders, and VOCAT hearings. The Court also operates a Children’s Court on specified days.
Ringwood Magistrates’ Court also provides the Court Integrated Support Program, which is a rehabilitative program targeted towards providing rehabilitation for defendants.
